so you've got a new d-slr? What make and lens is it? Thats a great heron photo for your first time out!
Ive got a Canon EOS 30D with a 100-400mm Canon Lens...it's a nice set up! It's not quite fast enough to get firecrest though! Wow...they can move!
ah nice stuff...you saw firecrest??? sweet...(embarisingly one of my bogey birds)
