Martin Mere, WWT - 22nd February 2008
Afternoon Spent at Martin Mere saw the return of 6 Avocet for the summer and a Ringed Plover. I enjoyed watching a Pair of Peregrine hunt from John Barker, but was a little confused that I didn't manage to see a single Ruff

I'm loving that goldeneye shot, even if it is captive... Have you tried fiddling with the levels of the kestrel and peregrines on photoshop? cheers steve
Stil great to withness, I am waiting to observe a breeding pair of Peregrines though as they are certainly my fave falcon (hobby are a bit good though)

Im afraid I have...feel free to have a go!
They were just too far away in bad light...
